Non-IT Recruiter (Remote – Work From Home)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our fully remote team. The role is full-time and focuses on sourcing, assessing and onboarding talent across various functions. If you have at least six months of recruitment experience and enjoy matching candidates with exciting opportunities, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, other job portals, social media and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
