HR Recruiter – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Santacruz. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for our ISO certification and inspection services catering to the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum of six successful hires per month.
• Post vacancies and source candidates through job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process, including online documentation.
• Maintain employee records to comply with system audits.
• Conduct new‑employee orientation, HR induction and handover to respective departments.
• Organise employee welfare programs and participate in weekly HR meetings.
• Prepare weekly progress reports.

Required profile

• Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting recruitment goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent salary negotiation skills.
• 13 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
