HR Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal professional thrives in a fast‑paced environment, delivers a positive candidate experience, and partners closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations and pre‑joining engagement.
• Update recruitment trackers, generate hiring reports and ensure compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and provide regular hiring status updates.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
