HR Operations Executive – MIS & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking an HR Operations Executive with 2‑6 years of experience in HR MIS, analytics, and talent acquisition operations. The role focuses on building and maintaining HR dashboards, generating data‑driven insights, and supporting automation initiatives for a fast‑moving HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics.
• Analyze recruitment and HR data to produce actionable insights for senior management.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as Time‑to‑Hire, Time‑to‑Fill, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Recruitment Funnel.
• Develop periodic HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across HR systems.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to collect data and streamline reporting.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support HR projects related to process improvement, digital transformation, and automation.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2‑6 years of experience in HR MIS, analytics, or talent acquisition operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts & dashboards).
• PowerPoint for reporting.
• Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate.
• Excel Macros/VBA (good to have).
• Exposure to HRMS/ATS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM.
