HR Manager – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

Pacific Quartz Surfaces LLP, a leading manufacturer of engineered quartz surfaces in India, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function at its manufacturing plant in Dudu, Jaipur. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands‑on administration to build a high‑performance, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws).
• Drive performance management, KPI tracking, employee evaluations and appraisal cycles.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.
• Plan and deliver training, engagement and skill‑development programmes.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports and management dashboards.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, industrial relations and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work from Jaipur or relocate to Dudu.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with payroll systems.
• Ability to use HR reporting tools.
