HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all people processes at our manufacturing plant. The role partners with business units to improve employee experience, drive talent engagement, manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business partnering support across all HR processes and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise line managers on talent retention, development and performance management.
• Coordinate plant‑level recruitment, learning and development programs, and regional COE interventions.
• Develop and manage wage and salary programs, negotiate with labour unions and handle grievance procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records, manage contractual labour, and liaise with government agencies.
• Implement safety processes, promote a zero‑incident culture, and manage plant administration (security, canteen, transport, guest house).
• Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives at the plant level.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Management, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, or Social Work.
• Minimum 5 years of generalist HR and industrial relations experience in a manufacturing environment.
