Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

Green Jeeva is seeking a Senior Executive Human Resources to lead USA and Canada HR operations from its Bhubaneswar office. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, policy development, HRMS optimisation, and direct support to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and hiring coordination for USA positions.
• Oversee HR operations and employee matters for USA & Canada staff.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Identify and drive HRMS enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
• Handle employee queries, onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and provide support to the Director and consultants.
• Coordinate with payroll, HR consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR processes.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in USA HR processes.
• Proven experience in USA recruitment and employee management.
• Strong understanding of USA HR policies and practices.
• Experience with HRMS and driving HR process improvements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage international stakeholders.
• Willingness to work the split shift (2 PM–6 PM office, 9 PM–1 AM remote).
