Human Resources Manager

About the role

Pal Motorways is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at its Bhubaneswar dealership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, employee relations and performance management processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration and all HR‑related documentation.
• Facilitate training programmes and support organisational development initiatives.
• Conduct new‑employee orientations and maintain accurate HR records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and Indian labour laws.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll administration and HR administration tasks.
• Experience in the automobile or light commercial vehicle dealership sector.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhubaneswar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
