About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of HR experience, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in recruitment and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with PF, ESI and TDS regulations.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Oversee HR operations and provide guidance to the HR team.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
- Expertise in talent acquisition and social media recruiting.
- In‑depth knowledge of payroll compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement programs.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
