HR Generalist – Media Sector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, tech‑savvy HR Generalist to lead and enhance HR operations within a fast‑paced media environment in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, driving digital transformation, and supporting strategic workforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee separation.
• Handle employee relations, grievance and disciplinary matters, and lead engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate HR activities across departments and act as a liaison with business teams.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, leveraging AI and HR technology to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Prepare and analyse HR dashboards, MIS reports and key workforce metrics.
• Support organisational development, manpower budgeting, policy formulation and strategic HR projects.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree in HR, Personnel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions, preferably within the media sector.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS/HR software and digital HR processes.
• Knowledge of AI applications and automation tools in HR.
• Experience in HR reporting, dashboards and workforce analytics.
