HR Fresher – Data Analytics & AI‑Enabled HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Fresher to support our HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and AI‑enabled tools. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about human resources, data analytics, and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse HR data covering recruitment, attendance, performance, attrition and workforce planning.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets reports and MIS trackers.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and provide insights on source effectiveness and turnaround times.
• Analyse employee data to identify trends in headcount, attrition, engagement and skill gaps.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate data cleaning, report generation and insight extraction.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations such as onboarding tracking, HRMS updates and employee query handling.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation using Excel, Power BI or AI solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure responsible use of employee information.

Required profile

• Strong interest in HR analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookups).
• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn dashboard creation.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
