HR Executive – Labour Relations

About the role
The HR Executive – Labour Relations will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and fostering a harmonious industrial environment. The role involves handling grievances, coordinating with unions, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain statutory compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and related registers.
- Manage union interactions, collective bargaining, and industrial relations strategy.
- Implement and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records, prepare MIS reports on IR issues, absenteeism, attrition, and compliance status.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or Industrial Relations.
- 2–5 years of experience in labour relations, industrial relations, or HR operations.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation and statutory compliance.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
