HR Business Partner – White Collar Associates

About the role

The HR Business Partner – White Collar Associates will support Bosch Automotive Electronics India (RBAI) in driving strategic HR initiatives across talent management, development, performance, change and acquisition. The role is based at the Naganathapura plant and works closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end HR processes from hire to retire, focusing on workforce planning, performance management, role management, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Design and deliver talent development programs to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled employees.
• Implement performance management systems and foster a continuous feedback culture.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, including restructurings and cultural shifts, ensuring clear communication and skill‑building workshops.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for white‑collar roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or similar HR functions.
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance, change and acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
