HR Business Partner – Manufacturing & Warehouse (Kolkata)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives for our manufacturing, factory and warehouse operations in Kolkata. The role will drive HR strategy, ensure compliance, and support business growth through effective people management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
• Oversee factory HR operations, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive the hiring process in partnership with hiring managers, using HRMS for recruitment analytics.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to improve recruitment and HR service delivery.
• Facilitate team development and coaching to foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to handle HRMS, team leadership, hiring, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
