Housekeeping Team Member – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Member at Six Senses Vana you will help guests reconnect with themselves and the environment by delivering exceptional, sustainable hospitality. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain the resort’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate room preparation according to occupancy reports.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
• Stock and replenish room supplies, minibars and guest information materials.
• Remove and repair furniture, curtains and fixtures as required.
• Change bed linen and ensure rooms meet resort policies.
• Provide turn‑down service and uphold Six Senses service standards.
• Maintain equipment, follow cleaning procedures and adhere to LQA standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar luxury hotel environment.
• Good understanding of scheduling, cleaning chemicals and surface care.
• Fluent English communication skills.
