Housekeeping Team Leader

About the role

Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar is seeking a proactive Team Leader for its Housekeeping department. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the role supports the efficient operation of the department, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet Hyatt’s brand standards and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the Housekeeping team, overseeing cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth turnover of rooms and timely completion of cleaning tasks.
• Monitor compliance with Hyatt International corporate strategies, brand standards and health‑safety regulations.
• Support staff scheduling, inventory control of linen and cleaning supplies, and preparation of daily reports.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, providing guidance and coaching to team members.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations, preferably in housekeeping.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
