Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Lohono Stays by Isprava is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily cleaning operations across its luxury holiday homes. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety, supporting the brand’s reputation for premium hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, provide on‑the‑job training, and monitor performance of housekeeping associates.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain staff duty rosters, attendance records, and scheduling.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent; 10+2 with relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead a team.
• Good interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organized, proactive attitude and a valid two‑wheeler vehicle.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
• Team management and scheduling expertise.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety, and hospitality protocols.
