Housekeeping (GSA)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping (GSA) professional to join our team at Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the high cleanliness standards expected by our international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, change linens, replenish toiletries and restock amenities.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Maintain lobbies, hallways and other public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Respond to guest requests for additional items or cleaning services with courtesy and efficiency.
• Collect, deliver and manage guest laundry following hotel procedures.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory, report shortages and ensure proper storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene guidelines and adhere to hotel policies, including handling of lost‑and‑found items.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Good communication skills and a courteous attitude towards guests.
• Team player who can collaborate with supervisors and other hotel departments.
