Housekeeping Executive – Soft Services Management

About the role

The Housekeeping Executive will lead all soft‑service activities across the site, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, pest control, façade maintenance and horticulture meet client expectations. You will act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cleaning, pest control, façade cleaning and landscaping operations for common areas.
• Conduct regular site rounds to identify and resolve cleaning needs.
• Develop work plans, schedules and assign tasks to subordinate teams.
• Brief and de‑brief staff on duties, special instructions and maintain discipline and proper attire.
• Establish and enforce operational standards, SOPs and compliance procedures.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies and equipment, and keep accurate budget records.
• Prepare and present DMR, MMR, QBR and other site reports.
• Plan quarterly beautification projects and coordinate festival/event setups.
• Oversee vendor contracts, compliance, attendance and performance.
• Facilitate staff training, skill development and handle employee relations issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing soft‑service or facilities operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to handle budgeting, cost estimation and financial reporting.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and client‑service orientation.
