About the role
As a Housekeeping Attendant at Park Hyatt Chennai, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will deliver a courteous and professional service that contributes to an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner, responding to requests and ensuring their comfort.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
