About the role
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at a leading hotel, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet Hyatt’s brand standards and guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning activities for guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and other public areas.
- Manage laundry and dry‑cleaning operations, including hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
- Implement and uphold hygiene and safety protocols across all non‑kitchen areas.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager, or 4 years as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation.
Required skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
