About the role

We are expanding our hospitality team across Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon and are looking for enthusiastic culinary professionals to join our Pan‑Asian kitchen. The roles are for Commis I, Commis II and Commis III positions, offering a fast‑paced environment where you can develop your skills and grow within the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing and plating Pan‑Asian dishes according to established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Support inventory management by receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Participate in daily prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a Pan‑Asian or similar kitchen environment is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, passion for culinary arts, and willingness to learn.
