Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest areas and assigned workspaces are kept clean, tidy and welcoming. You will deliver a consistent, high‑quality level of service to hotel customers, maintaining professional standards at all times. You will work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties in the designated place of work, including guest rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies.
• Provide courteous, professional and flexible service to guests, responding promptly to their needs.
• Support the housekeeping team in achieving overall service excellence.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or similar environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
