About the role
The Housekeeping Associate joins The Ritz‑Carlton team in Bengaluru to deliver the iconic Gold Standards of service. You will be responsible for creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests while supporting the overall hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure timely delivery of amenities.
- Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow safety procedures, handle linens and equipment, and adhere to The Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to support overall hotel operations.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and confidential work environment.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and effective communication.
