Housekeeper – Hospitality Cleaning Role

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position involves following strict safety protocols, delivering excellent guest service, and supporting overall property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Report any accidents or injuries immediately to management.
• Follow all safety, security, and hazardous material handling procedures, including use of PPE and proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, tools, and equipment while adhering to company policies.
• Protect guest privacy and ensure professional appearance and uniform compliance.
• Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and respond to inquiries using brand‑specific service processes.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Support teammates, treat all colleagues with dignity and respect, and assist with coverage as needed.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and participate in ongoing safety training.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience necessary.
• Ability to follow detailed safety and security procedures.
• Professional demeanor, clean appearance, and ability to wear uniform and nametag.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction and teamwork.
