About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Management Lecturer specializing in Housekeeping to join our academic team. The role involves delivering both theoretical and practical training to students preparing for careers in hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical training sessions on housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
• Train students in housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, guest service practices, and hotel procedures.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
• Conduct classroom activities, demonstrations, workshops, and hands‑on practical sessions.
• Guide and mentor students for internships, placements, and career development.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and practical assessments.
• Maintain discipline and professional standards in classrooms and practical labs.
• Participate in curriculum planning and other academic activities.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable 5‑star hotel, preferably within the Housekeeping department.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to translate practical industry knowledge into academic teaching.
• Teaching or training experience is an advantage.
• Professional attitude with strong leadership and student‑handling skills.
