About the role
We are looking for a courteous and detail‑oriented Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet visitors, manage phone communications and support daily administrative tasks in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using the telephone system.
- Greet and assist visitors in a polite, well‑spoken manner.
- Distribute inbound and outbound mail.
- Perform general clerical support, including basic administrative work.
- Maintain an organized front‑desk area and ensure smooth guest interactions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
