About the role
ILIF Hotels and Resorts, a Maharashtra‑based hotel chain operating about 50 franchised and leased hotels, resorts and vacation properties with over 500 rooms, is looking for a Hotel Chef to join its team in Alibag. The chef will prepare authentic Kokan cuisine, continental dishes and Chinese meals according to the menu, while upholding the chain’s hygiene and cleanliness standards. ILIF caters to vacationers, with properties located near sightseeing places and offering accommodation ranging from upscale to economy.
Key responsibilities
