Hospitality Staff – Housekeeping, Laundry & Front Desk

About the role

The Chamberlin Inn is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our hospitality staff. We have immediate openings for housekeeping, laundry, and front‑desk/guest services positions across morning and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards (Housekeeping).
• Collect, sort, and process linens and guest laundry efficiently (Laundry).
• Provide friendly check‑in/check‑out assistance, answer guest inquiries, and manage reservations (Front Desk/Guest Services).
• Support cross‑training between housekeeping and front‑desk duties when needed.

Required profile

• Outgoing, detail‑oriented personality.
• Availability for morning shifts; night shifts are seasonal and optional.
• Willingness to learn and grow, with potential to advance to a Guest Services Manager role for the right candidate.

Required skills

• Basic customer service aptitude.
• Ability to follow cleaning and laundry procedures.
