Hospital Server – Patient Food & Beverage Service

About the role

The Server role is a full‑time, on‑site position at Dr Modi Pluro Endoscopy & IVF in Madurai. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing courteous food and beverage service while supporting a clean and safe clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and staff and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately to designated areas.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring service areas remain tidy.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and support teams to manage order flow.
• Maintain hygiene and safety protocols specific to a healthcare setting.
• Handle basic billing or order records as required.

Required profile

• Strong service and hospitality skills with courteous customer interaction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move safely within clinical areas, and perform light lifting.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured, team‑oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or healthcare service training is a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare food service, or a similar role is preferred.
