About the role

The role is responsible for overseeing Technical Engineering delivery within Airbus' Aircraft Lifecycle Management function. Working under the Airbus CAMO approval (FR‑CAMO‑0085 and 2‑REG.39.168), the holder will ensure on‑time, on‑cost, and on‑quality delivery of continuing airworthiness services for lessors and airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Support on‑site teams to maintain and improve external customer satisfaction in line with lifecycle engineering priorities.
• Establish and optimise integrated work‑share frameworks across SRA, SIMA and 1IAZ teams.
• Implement a department operating model to control performance, risk and resource allocation.
• Drive standardised processes, methods and tools in coordination with CAMO PH and Quality teams.
• Represent Airbus CAMO to customers and regulators when required.
• Support sales campaigns as needed.
• Organise, staff and manage a team of 8+ employees, translating strategy into clear activities.
• Manage individual performance, skill development, succession planning and integration of remote staff.
• Oversee budget, annual operating plan, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical engineering or aircraft lifecycle management, preferably within a CAMO environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to organise and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks and performance metrics.

Required skills

• EASA Part M CAMO compliance (sub‑part G & I).
• In‑depth knowledge of Airbus aircraft lifecycle and continuing airworthiness processes.
