HMC/VMC Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HMC/VMC Operator to join our Kolhapur manufacturing facility. The role is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in machining environments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and VMC equipment.
• Set up machines, select tooling, and perform job changeovers efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality specifications.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on machining equipment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.

Required profile

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kolhapur.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Operation of Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC).
• CNC machine handling.
• Machine setup and tooling selection.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
