Head Process & Operations Excellence

About the role

As the Head of Process & Operations Excellence you will lead Reckitt’s enterprise‑wide transformation agenda, working from the global hub in Hyderabad. You will partner with global functions, Global Process Owners and regional hubs to embed IMPACT methodologies, continuous improvement and digital enablement across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the IMPACT transformation agenda across assigned functions, value streams and GPO domains.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑impact improvement initiatives, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, cost, experience and risk reduction.
• Originate, shape and deliver improvement ideas using Lean, Six Sigma, automation and analytics.
• Partner with function leaders, GPOs and cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities and standardise processes.
• Facilitate capability building, coaching teams on Lean Six Sigma, problem‑solving and IMPACT best practices.
• Support digital transformation through automation, analytics‑led improvements and technology‑enabled process redesign.
• Monitor initiative performance, track KPIs and ensure delivery of committed value.
• Contribute to the evolution of IMPACT frameworks, tools and operating models for enterprise‑wide scale.

Required profile

• 14+ years of experience delivering enterprise transformation across multiple functions.
• Proven success in identifying, shaping and delivering high‑impact improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing a transformation portfolio, including governance, benefit tracking and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed, multicultural environments.
• Exposure to automation, digital transformation, analytics and technology‑enabled process redesign.
