Head of Operations Excellence

About the role

Blink Signs is seeking a senior leader to drive operational excellence across its fast‑growing signage business. The Head of Operations Excellence will shape process‑optimization strategies, implement scalable workflows, and lead cross‑functional improvement projects that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze, map, and optimize end‑to‑end processes across sales, design, manufacturing, logistics, finance and technology.
• Design and implement SOPs, workflow governance, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies.
• Drive automation and digital‑transformation projects, including AI‑enabled process automation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to manage change, ensure successful implementation, and monitor operational risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operational excellence, business‑process improvement or continuous improvement.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) and Kaizen methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP, CRM and workflow‑automation/BPM systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, Salesforce or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven process automation and digital transformation.
• Project‑management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
