About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Head to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain at our Bangalore headquarters. The role oversees warehouse operations and transportation, ensuring that inventory is stored, processed and delivered efficiently to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Warehouse Management – supervise receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance; design warehouse layout and optimise space utilisation; ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Transportation & Logistics – plan transport routes, negotiate with carriers and vendors, and track shipments to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Operational Optimisation – develop and implement logistics strategies, analyse supply‑chain data and drive process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Compliance & Safety – uphold high standards of occupational health and safety, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and ISO requirements.
- Team Leadership – guide and develop logistics teams to meet safety and delivery KPIs.
