About the role
We are seeking a senior leader to drive operational scale, customer excellence, and revenue growth for a leading hygiene solutions provider. The role combines business operations, sales enablement, and customer success into a single high‑impact engine.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable business systems that enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer retention, service quality, and escalation management.
- Partner with sales teams to boost win rates, execution, and account growth.
- Own KPI‑driven process improvement, automation, and governance projects.
- Manage cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic transformation and revenue enablement.
Required profile
- 12–18 years of experience in business operations, customer success, operational excellence, sales enablement, or transformation roles.
- Proven ability to scale operations without compromising customer experience.
- Strong business‑oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
- Experience in facilities management, hygiene/consumer services, or multi‑location service organizations.
