Hardware Sub Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Sub Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of hardware modules for our automotive and industrial solutions. The role involves managing end‑to‑end hardware development, ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are met, and collaborating closely with OEM partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed schematics based on OEM requirements.
• Perform design calculations and develop hardware designs.
• Plan and execute verification and validation activities for hardware releases.
• Manage the complete hardware project lifecycle, monitoring quality, cost, and timeline, and provide regular status reports.
• Conduct requirement analysis and translate product requirements into hardware specifications.
• Integrate hardware modules and verify them at the hardware level before product release.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to improve future projects.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BE/BTech) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in hardware design and project management.
• Proven ability to manage hardware projects with focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and design calculations.
