Guest Services Associate – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Services Associate works on‑site at CGH Earth Experience Hotels in Alappuzha, providing a warm welcome and seamless experience for every guest. This full‑time position handles check‑in and check‑out, answers inquiries, and coordinates with other departments to ensure personalized, responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and sustainable initiatives.
• Record and respond to guest feedback, resolving service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the hotel management system.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Proven customer‑service abilities, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Prior experience in hospitality or front‑office operations is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation or property‑management systems.
