About the role
The Guest Service Attendant will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality for hotel guests. This position requires delivering consistent, courteous, and professional service in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, maintaining hotel standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
