Guest Service Associate

About the role

The Guest Service Associate works within the Food & Beverage department to create memorable moments for guests. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role combines hands‑on service with a focus on quality, safety and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and assist in the smooth operation of the food & beverage service, ensuring guest experiences meet the highest standards.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, delivering work in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction, respond to enquiries and resolve problems promptly.
• Assist the Head of Department with inventory management, productivity targets and performance monitoring.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies, preparing documentation for audits as required.
