Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping is responsible for delivering a memorable and clean environment for hotel guests. Working within Marriott’s hospitality standards, you will ensure rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest quality while responding to guest requests promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to Marriott standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies as needed.
• Deliver guest requests, such as extra amenities, promptly and courteously.
• Maintain safety and security protocols, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and uniform standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
