About the role
The Wedding Specialist is responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships for wedding events. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures seamless service delivery from initial inquiry to event execution.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new and existing client relationships to generate wedding sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with off‑property sales channels, attend trade shows, FAM trips and entertainment events to promote the venue.
- Prepare proposals, draft contracts and manage correspondence throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to maximise revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, supporting the company’s service standards and fostering client loyalty.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
