Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role
As a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping you will be at the heart of the hotel, responsible for preparing guest rooms to the highest standards and contributing to a memorable stay for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guestrooms according to brand standards.
- Enhance the guest experience by adding personalized touches.
- Respect guests’ privacy and safeguard their belongings.
- Deliver exceptional service with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality.
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and act proactively.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
