About the role
As a Guest Service Associate in the Front Office, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will handle daily administrative tasks, respond to guest inquiries, and support the team in delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain the Front Office log book, shift reports, and banquet/function records.
- Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room status and with other departments to address operational issues.
- Identify cost‑effective resource use and educate the team on best practices.
- Uphold quality standards and follow the Procedures & Standards Manual.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by management.
Required profile
- Relevant Front Office experience is an asset; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Detail‑oriented, service‑focused, and able to work well in a team.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and professionally groomed.
