We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage outlet in Visakhapatnam. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering warm, professional service that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
• Provide attentive waiter service, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages according to service standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items to make informed recommendations.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring proper placement of glassware, silverware, and linens.
• Prepare and maintain dining areas and service stations to meet organizational standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, following all cashiering procedures.
• Clean and polish glassware, silverware, and dining equipment, maintaining impeccable presentation.
• Transport soiled dishes to the kitchen and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, preparation areas, and service pantry.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, demonstrating empathy and problem‑solving.
• Work flexibly to accommodate fluctuations in guest numbers, special events, and varying service demands.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
