Guest Service Associate - Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage outlet in Visakhapatnam. In this front‑of‑house position you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service that enhances their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, create a positive first impression and set the tone for their visit.
• Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery according to service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to provide informed recommendations.
• Set up, clear and reset tables, handling glassware, silverware and linens with care.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and follow cashiering procedures.
• Keep dining areas, service stations and pantry clean and organized throughout service.
• Transport used dishes to the kitchen and replenish supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying guest volumes, special events and shift schedules.
