Guest Service Associate - F&B Service

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate in Food & Beverage, you will ensure every meal looks as good as it tastes while delivering a memorable experience for each guest. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to maintain high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually appealing dishes that delight guests.
• Monitor and manage kitchen supplies and equipment, minimizing waste.
• Report any unsafe equipment, low stock, or safety incidents to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with local regulations.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Address guest queries and provide helpful advice.
• Wear the uniform proudly and adhere to dress standards.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks during busy periods.
