Guest Relations Executive

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will support the Managing Director while overseeing office operations, recruitment, HR initiatives, marketing assistance, and data management. This hybrid position in Mumbai offers exposure to a wide range of business functions within a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director – manage calendar, travel, communications, and confidential matters.
• Oversee office administration, vendor relationships, and overall operations.
• Maintain recruitment databases, CV trackers, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Lead special projects such as tech implementations, new office setups, and global events.
• Drive internal recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, CSR activities, and HR policy management.
• Support global marketing and design teams with campaign coordination.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for key search mandates.
• Coordinate closely with the global finance team and external finance partners.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
