GST Accountant – Management Accounting

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented GST Accountant to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on preparing, filing and maintaining GST compliance for our clients and the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B and other periodic returns) within statutory deadlines.
- Draft and submit responses to GST notices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Manage additional GST‑related statements and compliance requirements as mandated by law.
- Maintain accurate GST records, books and reconciliation statements, and keep the GST portal updated.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather data, verify invoices and resolve GST queries.
- Support GST audits, assessments and departmental proceedings by preparing required documentation and reports.
Required profile
- Graduation in B.Com, M.Com or Inter CA.
- Strong understanding of GST law and filing procedures.
- Ability to work full‑time from the office (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
