Growth Manager

About the role

As a Growth Manager at HDFC securities in Mumbai, you will lead the acquisition, engagement and retention of customers across digital platforms. You will shape and execute data‑driven growth strategies that maximise lifetime value and revenue, working closely with product, marketing, technology and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive overall revenue generation.
• Provide thought leadership to identify market and customer trends.
• Develop and recommend innovative tools for marketing campaigns, collaborating across teams to boost engagement and ROI.
• Design and execute revenue strategies and metrics to ensure accountability and achieve business goals.
• Lead strategic growth‑hacking projects by coordinating with multiple functions.
• Research and analyse consumer behaviour, delivering insights to raise brand awareness and upsell services.
• Enhance product offerings by understanding customer behaviour throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and growth, preferably from a tier‑1 or premier business school.
• Experience in broking or investment advisory firms is a plus.
• Self‑starter with minimal need for supervision.
• Strong analytical acumen, attention to detail and high integrity.
• Product‑first mindset with the ability to break complex problems into iterative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams.
